We pride ourselves on fresh and exciting menus that incorporate a variety of local and global flavors. Lead by Transition Manager, Christophe Descarpentries, our onsite chefs will combine quality local ingredients like blue corn, chile, and posole with culinary creativity to deliver authentic New Mexican meals that are both healthy and delicious. Christophe brings with him years of experience in the New Mexican food scene with his history as a restaurateur and even more in-depth knowledge of the UMN campus from his time as the campus chef. Custom menus will be created each semester.
